This elegantly restored 8,000 square foot Victorian Queen Anne is a unique backdrop to what promises to be an unforgettable meeting or wedding.

Built in 1907, this monument has been restored to its original grandeur by Heirloom Homes, a nationally recognized restoration company featured on HGTV and in Virginia Living Magazine.

Maximum capacity is 185 guests for a reception or party. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 90 seated guests, with an additional 30-40 seated guests on the large, wrap-around covered porch area. The Wedding Chapel can accommodate up to 112 guests. Bridal Suite and Groom’s Dressing Chamber is on-site. There is wired surround sound throughout facility and the site offers disabled access.​
